"Whoever manned phones today can’t provide customer service to save their life or try and help save mine. Needed a fuse for my taillight, break light, and turn signals. Tried to call ahead to verify that they had it so I wouldn’t risk driving my motorcycle from work without a taillight which I could have easily gotten read ended from. And dude couldn’t even tell me if they had the fuse I needed when it was clearly in stock in multiple amp sizes. Didn’t even try and make an effort to help me over the phone and offered that I should “bring the fuse in to match the size” when I specifically said I CANNOT bring the fuse in as I ONLY have my bike so I have to drive the motorcycle there. Genius."

"Best customer service ever! I came in just to get my check engine light checked and was helped as soon as possible by Nick H. This guy needs a promotion. He balanced working with multiple people in the most efficient way, and easily answered questions that other employees had for him. He was patient and respectful (even though I was tired and pretty sure I looked like I crawled out of a dumpster) and figured out what was wrong with my car, gave me info on the parts and a print out. It's hard to describe why I just was so impressed, but I guess it's just that his demeanor was just so kind and knowledgeable. As someone who can be intimidated by automotive places, I just felt very welcome."
