"In response to our shopper with the sad experience, we apologize. We remember that day well. Our new Monday Store Open hours are 11:00a - 1:00p. We are closed from 1:00p - 6:00p for in-store appointments, purposely, so we can focus on the needs of those clients . We had appointments scheduled for that day. At 1:00p when it was time to close for special appointments, there were ladies browsing. Not wanting to ask them to leave and knowing we had some time before our appointment, we kept the doors open. You must have come in as our client with the appointment arrived. We think you were in and out before we could break away to greet you. We apologize, we really do try our best."

"Apparently when I was in today it was girlfriends visiting day as the furniture was being used for gossip. I came in because I have purchased numerous furniture and decor items in the past years and was with my mom checking out the newer stores. We were never greeted or asked by anyone if we were looking for something special. Apparently, dressing in blue jeans and a sweatshirt doesn’t get you even a glance. After over 15 minutes passed and my mom said she wanted to leave, it was too snooty for her even though both of us could well afford to buy anything we wanted. Lost a past customer for good today. Plenty of places to shop in Grand Rapids. My mom will be telling ALL her friends about poorly we were treated."

"I have been here 3 times now and one of the staff has been very snooty and rude. Gave me no time of day. The older woman, I presume the manager, is lacking some basic people skills and masks her attitude incredibly well with those she feels worthy of helping. I won't be returning. Yes, it's a cute store. Yes, the staff was nice to other people. But not to me."
