"On a late Friday afternoon, after getting my husband from the hospital, and right before a scheduled road trip I discovered I was leaking antifreeze. I called Roma's and Joe was so helpful on the phone. I got to the shop and he and his 2 guys got my radiator replaced, checked, and I was back on the road in about an hour. Amazing service, plus they are a family owned business. Thanks guys!"

"The service was Very wrong. Chose not to have work done . The tech jacked prices up on me also told me I needed work done that DID NOT need done. Took my vehicle to Ford dealership. They said the work that Roma's said I needed didn't need done. The radiator I needed turned into over a thousand dollars at Roma's.1,1170 to be exact. Shame on you. Trying to take advantage of a disabled senior lady. Don't take your business there!!!!!"

"Stopped in and spoke to Joe Jr. about needing an existing AC hose lengthened because I am building a custom car and needed more length in the hose to keep my AC. Joe took me to the back and made the AC hose exactly what I needed. In and out in 10 minutes. Now that's what I call customer service! I will definitely keep Roma's in mind for my future AC needs. Highly recommend!!"
