"I was glad to see there was a Kirkland's near me as I am from the South and was not sure they were up here. This store is very clean but the sales associate who helped me with my pick up order was borderline abrasive. Anything I did or said seemed to annoy her and then the customers behind me were frustrated that I bought dishes which had to be wrapped in paper to keep them from breaking. The entire experience was so tense and strange. I've never experienced anything quite like it and will avoid this location in the future. I understand people are just miserable in general these days but it's never okay for an employee to take it out on the customer."
