"The employees were friendly and it was quick. That’s the end of the good news. They left my air filter cover off causing serious sputtering to my vehicle. Check engine light came on. Also, my auto start stopped working. When I went back, they said sorry for leaving the cover off. Exact words “our bad”. They then tried to figure out why my auto start stopped working. They told me they tested the battery and it was very low and that’s why my auto start didn’t work. That I needed a new battery. When I went to a real shop “NTB” they charged me $21and change to test my battery and run diagnostics. My battery was perfectly fine. The reason my auto start would not work is because the check engine light had been on. That this is common knowledge to anyone in the industry. So all and all, ended up paying more and wasting my time because of incompetence. Needless to say, I won’t return and won’t recommend."

"The staff was great! Promptly met me at my son’s car, took the time to take me into the lobby, offering a water and showing me where the restrooms are. The service advisor was great. My parents were at the same location last week and remarked how great the service was. Hence, I followed up on their recommendation in taking our cars to this location.
