"Heidi and Wayne are INCREDIBLE!!! Hands down the BEST shop in Stark county... I had my classic GMC JIMMY at Waterloo transmission and was told that it needed a complete rebuild but after 3 days they still couldn't give me an estimate until they removed my transmission and sent it off ... I called and Heidi had me bring it in later that week. I dropped it off at 8am and it was fixed by 2:30 no rebuild needed just a bad Vacuum hose. They saved me thousands of dollars!!!! Great to know there are still HONEST DEPENDABLE shops out there. I can not recommend them enough!!! THANK YOU!!!!"
