"I went to autozone today and a young lady helped me her name was Holley she was very disrespectful. Very bad attitude did not want to help me change my wipers asked an other employee to do it after I already gave her a tip to do it and the worse part was when I asked her to show me what wipers I need and she said (“ you can do it yourself I have helped you with everything else. This is very unacceptable. And when I asked for manger she said she was the only manger"

"Will reupdate if I go there again, went there twice in same day with 2 differ workers that were lazy and bad customer services and one of them seem to not be well train Update second time going there and that young blonde worker was still there and he still lazy and bad attitude and not helpful at all, wasted my time but the old lady was helpful, in the end i couldnt get what i needed"

"Went in to get a battery replaced on the truck. Owen made the entire thing a massive pain and ordeal. After needing the assistance of a former employee to remove the battery terminal connector from the old battery, He failed to connect the new battery properly, Resulting in a loss of power steering. When he was asked to correct the issue, His response was "I don't know, You'll have to take it to a mechanic". When asked for a wire brush we could use to clean the terminals, He responded with "You can buy one" After getting home, I correctly cleaned and re-connected the terminals and resolved the issue. Regardless, That level of incompetence should not be acceptable for an auto parts store employee and is laughable."
