"Although I had to wait nearly 8 months for a new head unit (radio) to come in and be installed in my 2019 legacy, once it arrived at the shop and was installed it was done quickly and I have no complaints about the service. I do, however, think it's completely ridiculous that a person has to wait this much time for a product and especially when it affects driving performance and the ability to be able to pay attention to the actual road! This faulty head unit would consistently make beeping noises the entire time I was driving and there was no ability to shut it off or disable it or change the volume... this could be a new form of torture! Thank God it's taken care of and hopefully it lasts!!!!"

I thought $430.00 for 4 spark plugs to replaced was insane. I have caught Diehl recommending to my wife repairs that were not needed for the mileage of the car per the Subaru Maintenance schedule."
