"My "check engine" light was blinking. I called Great Lakes Honda and explained. They told me it's unsafe to drive and get it towed to the dealership. I had no appointment, but Justin saw me and new me by name. He didn't take long to talk to me. They were really busy, since it was a Monday...they are open late on Mondays. I brought a book and some homework because I knew it could be a long wait. They had to diagnose the problem with the engine, I had no appointment, and they were already busy. I only waited 2 hours, but Justin was understanding. He explained the cylinder and coil and spark plug problem and said it was going to take about a week to get the parts and make the repairs. I was offered a loaner car, so I didn't mind. I really liked the Honda CR-V I got to drive. He told me about the Synchrony Car Care credit card with 0% interest for 12 months and I decided to get that card to help me pay for the repairs over a few months. I have my van back. It is running smoothly. Justin told me to drive it as I normally would and bring it in after 2000 miles for a check up...no appointment necessary. I'm very satisfied. I love my van. I'll be checking the mileage until I need to bring it in for the quick check. Thanks, Great Lakes Honda, and Justin. I'll definitely buy my next van here again, and continue with the car care service!"
