"A great shop with a great staff. They were able to help me in a very quick manner at a resonible price as well. Would recommend them to any one!!"
"Had long tube headers and a custom exhaust done on my 2002 V8 tundra because it wouldn't pass e check/was falling apart at the stock headers(had over 250k miles on the stock set up, Ohio salt took its tole). Seemed almost easy for them, but is perfect I think. They also found a rotted out fuel line and repaired it. They did a really good job. From highly custom work to simple stuff they can do and not afraid to do it."
"After having our car in their shop for more than 4 weeks we spent $1500 and we brought the car home to find we needed to take it to another mechanic to fix all that has been done wrong by Flecks. Jessica and Leland are not responding to any calls or messages regarding the unsafe condition the car is in (leaking fuel) and the bracket that belongs with the car Jessica claims to have but was unable to produce for more than a week now// In response to owners comment; the timing was not the issue, having it that long and still not getting it right was an issue, you provided excuses for taking so long that had nothing to do with communication on our part. Flecks claimed Lelands back problems and said they had to fire their whole staff as excuses for not getting the job done. And payment would have cleared if the work had been done right. We took it to a professional who got it right in a couple days by redoing what Flecks had done wrong for less than $500, by using what Leland said could not be used which was the factory stock brackets. We paid Flecks $1500 that did clear the bank and we stopped payment on the second check when the work they did included using vacuum hoses for fuel lines and improper clamps which leaked while sitting in our garage. The carburetor was leaking as well. There was a PAPER CLIP used as a repair! The job was incomplete. We had to buy a replacement stock bracket for the air conditioner that flecks has but did not return to us after I attempted several times to get back. I do not believe I used foul language with these people however I was getting increasingly more upset as we found more things wrong. I offered to return their wrong parts to flecks but they declined saying they didn't want them. I even gave them back their t shirts that we paid cash for but I knew we would not wear them and did not bother asking for our money back. Jessica and Leland are not being honest in their reply."
"Had my truck there to fix high pressure pump. Then Leeland(owner) ruined the starter, batteries, injectors, which I had to prepay to put engine back together. Now he is not knowledgeable enough to put the engine back together and we had to take the truck to another shop. There were parts missing from the truck and Leeland won't stand behind any of his work. Horrible experience!"
"I was working with Lee on remotely tuning my 2018 Chrysler 300. This is a back and forth process that takes some time and we both understood that. This started on March 24th. Lee returned an emailed tune, we did some logs and discussed how things were going and had a good back and forth dialogue concerning the tune through emails and on the phone. On March 26th I was emailed an invoice for the work performed/time spent on the tune for $255.60. That was paid immediately. By March 27th and during this tuning process my remote start stopped working and my check engine light has came on and stayed on. This is normal to work out kinks while tuning, especially during remote tuning. Lee was informed of this and we continued on. Performance was up and the work performed was more than an improvement over stock and I was happy with the progress up to this point. Next email from Lee was on March 31st discussing the check engine light codes and the need to change some protocols in the tune and that he was busy and will get back to it soon. No problem... April 14th was the next time I heard from Lee saying he would be working on the Transmission portion of the tune. April 22nd - Lee emails and says he will be working on the tune that evening. April 28th - After not hearing from Lee I emailed and asked if he was working on the tune and for an update. No response. May 14th - Still haven't heard anything from Lee so I sent another email asking if he was still working on the tune. I have not been contacted by Lee since April 22nd. My remote start was never fixed. My check engine light was still on. The transmission tune was never completed. Since I heard no response from Lee, my option to fix those issues was to reset the car back to stock. In the end that left me with paying Fleck's $255.60 for my car to be the exact same it was when we started. Lee did do some work. What he did was excellent work. Unfortunately because he did not complete the job and simply disappeared, I was left with my car being exactly how it was before he did any work so that I could fix the issues I was left with because of an incomplete job. I would have preferred to work this issue out rather than leaving a review like this but because of the ignored emails and no contact from Lee, this was my option. Leland (the owner) responded only to a FB review and stated to watch my email because he would be "contacting me shortly" to finish the job. Two weeks later I had still not heard from anyone. I informed him that I will be taking my business elsewhere and to enjoy the free money I paid for his incomplete work."
