"We have taken two cars here. The first time was really excellent! The tinting was spectacular and the customer service was great. This time, we were told that since it's warmer outside, the bubbles would go away in 2-3 days and to call back if they didn't. When we called back to ask, the person on the phone was very short-tempered with us, wouldn't listen to what we had been told, and would not schedule us an appointment to get the windows fixed. We even explained that the two small front windows have been cut incorrectly but she kept cutting us off and did not want to hear us out. We were actually recommended to go to another shop for tinting but I decided that since we had such a great first experience, I would give Preston's another shot. I'm regretting my decision and should have gone to the other place."

"Everyone there is very knowledgeable. There prices are very competitive. Film is crystal clear and they work quick also. Also the film is lifetime warrenty if something happens! Obviously of you ruin it its not covered like scratches, you decide to peel it for whatever reason. I will go back for all my vehicles and will reccomend to anyone! Keep up the good work! They tint anything that is glass. I got a truck and a boat tinted today."
