They said come back Monday. So next day is actually 3 days. If you can't change that, change what you are telling your customers"

"Went yesterday to get a battery replaced. Person behind counter said per the computer “it would take take at least 45 minutes because he had to remove windshield wiper and cowling”, and it “most likely take 3 times as long and he would not commit his employees to that job”. I told him none of that would need to be removed to replace the battery, and even asked him to take a look. He replied “computer said 45 minutes ,we can’t do it”. Drove across the street to AutoZone and surprise……. In and out with a new battery installed in less that 25 minutes. I paid slightly more but worth it. I definitely don’t mind paying more for good customer service. Advanced Auto DO BETTER!!!!"
