"Don took a look at my service truck, rear door wouldn’t latch. Fixed it in about 15 minutes. See edited review Because he hooked me up looking at my truck I decided to take my backhoe to ESS. It was dropped ball after dropped ball. I got every excuse from the hydraulic tech is on vacation and locked your paper work in his truck to “it was the other office person that forgot to call you”. At least 3 times I called without a call back. Finally I got don involved (hit zero in their directory) after it took 2 months to get my machine back for ONE cylinder rebuild. After it took months to get back it was still leaking the first day back. Don stepped up and had rick the tech do some maintenance on my machine “for free”. Problem was I then got another $1100 invoice for stuff that was supposed to be free. I agreed to pay for a filter housing but was told it was only about $200. Had to call the owner AGAIN to get it straightened out. He kept talking about how his hydraulic tech rick was good when he hired him but sucks and he’s probably going to fire him, but somehow the tech that messed up at least 3 different times was still the only one working on my machine. I will not be returning here."
