"This business is a complete fraud, I was told a few months ago that i owed a certain amount, now that I have that amount paid I called to check and I magically owe 300 more."
"They are very nice and helpful"
"They have hounded my husband for years for 67.00 that hes not even sure what it is from. Possibly a bill from his ex. Yea, we could pay it but it's not even his bill. Just got another invoice today."
"This “business” is doing some illegal debt collecting and I’m calling the CFPB today. Here’s why: my spouse supposedly owes a bill that was sent to them. They send a notice stating “YOU HAVE FAILED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS... WILL IT BE AGREEABLE WITH YOU FOR *US* TO CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER AND HAVE IT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SALARY?” That’s illegal. They can’t call a third party and tell them that they are collecting a debt on your behalf. What they can do is take you to court and request wage garnishment. A months to years-long process. So make sure to call this business and tell them, look up your rights as a consumer online, and don’t be intimidated into paying them because they sent you this. They’re in the wrong."
"This company is a fraud. I received a letter stating they're a debt collector and that I owe almost $800 to the City of Winchester. Luckily, I know better! I have never been nor lived in Indiana. The letter was so unprofessional and looks and sounds like whomever is running this scam has no idea what they're doing and only a fool would pay them. If you look at the reviews provided, doesn't look or sound legitimate. I'm calling the City of Winchester and going to notify authorities and see what can be done furthermore, so these idiots can get what they deserve!"
