"We purchased a sectional from Andrea's 5 years ago. We recently called them to see if we could purchase one section of the unit because the cushion was sinking in on one seat, and we knew it was out of warranty. Instead, the woman we spoke to said she would have one of their service techs come by and check it out. A tech came and said he could replace some of the foam. He gave us an exceptionally reasonable price and came out the next week to replace the foam. The seat is now like new. Great customer service!!"
