Not jargon even though I spent 28 years in the auto industry. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Shea and she was wonderful! Provided a thorough explanation of covered items as well as out of pocket costs. Added nice personal touch by coming around the counter to talk to me and not across it. I also had a thorough conversation with the technician that was working on my car so we could talk about the issues in depth to arrive at the right diagnosis and repair.
