The delivery crew were professional and my refrigerator and washer/dryer arrived quickly. "My upright freezer died over the weekend. We ran to Lowes and Best Buy because they were open. They couldn't get one delivered till Friday. I knew Bennet's was closed but used the chat on their website. I got a message back right away that they were closed but they would let the sales person know my situation. I went in first thing Monday morning they were expecting me. They were so helpful and had one in stock. They called Ben the owner's son who is one of the delivery drivers to see if they could deliver it today. Ben said sure after they made their other 6 deliveries for the day. He went back to the store got my freezer and brought it out and set it up. He was so polite and friendly and explained everything to me. I really appreciate there help in my time of crisis. We would recommend them to everyone."

"Was looking to buy a Fridge and stumbled upon Bennet’s sale ad and went to check out the Fridge. I went on a cold Saturday in January and was very disappointed that the price advertised wasn't available and the staff was very rude so I left. Then I called Monday morning and asked to speak to the Manager about my experience. I explained how we are moving and in desperate need of a Fridge before our lease expires otherwise we won't be able to keep our food cold and how our family would be ever so grateful if they'd honor the price quoted and the Manager gracious agreed and later that week our new Fridge arrived within days of our lease expiring.
