"Not sure about the person or their Dad... But my experience was most wonderful. Certainly, their focus is on outfitting offices, but the staff was wonderful to work with as I was trying to find a chair for my house (read, not a money maker for them). Yet, they still took the time to walk me through all their offerings of HM and really tried to help a very picky person find the right chair. May just be Covid, but I would call before showing up as I believe they prefer appointments."
