"Do not use Pucher's Decorating Center. I have experienced issues at every step of the purchasing process and after seven months of waiting, I am still waiting on various items. Their show room was full of items that are no longer in stock or at higher rates than I found elsewhere. You will pay a markup for some brief design assistance only to be told that there is nothing they can do to ensure the items arrive on time, or in my case within three months of the originally provided date. You will not receive a phone call or any form of personal touch, but a brief text message blaming it on the manufacturer."
