"Completely honest and comprehensive auto shop. They sent us a high quality and detailed video of their inspection of our vehicle! Highly recommend."
"I went to this overpriced place for years only because they were fairly close. I had to go back the last time because the garbage quality brake pads they put on completely shattered within 9 months, which, in turn, destroyed my rotors. They then charged me $610.00 to redo these rotors that cost maybe $60-$80 dollars total in parts. This redo brake job was done only four months ago and is already making a loud noise in the rear wheel. I didn't want to deal with this guy again, so I went to NTB, who took the rear tire off and immediately noticed the problem and described what was wrong. He told me to go back to where I originally had the brakes done, Mangols, because they should still be under warranty, instead of having to pay NTB to fix it, which was nice of him to say. So, I go back to Mangol's to get this fixed under warranty, and, of course, they said they didn't hear any noise driving it around a couple of back roads. When I set up the appointment, I specifically told them twice that they had to drive on the highway to hear the noise. This guy tells me he took the rear tire off and didn't see any problems, so they either have no idea what they're doing, or lied right to my face about ever having looked at it. I think it's both; stereotypical dishonest mechanic that you see on the news right here. They're all smiles and gladly take your money to do new work, but when you bring your car back for warranty work, he gives me an attitude and a handful of excuses why my car wasn't worked on, and tries putting a guilt trip on me like I'm just bothering him by asking for the work to be corrected. Why have people make an appointment if you're not going to keep it. So, they wasted my whole Saturday and didn't fix anything, and let my car just sit there until I picked it up. Hey, why should a company do warranty work when money can be made from new repairs, right? They told me to come back next week. Why, so they can waste another day of mine and give me more attitude while not fixing anything? Yeah, right. They should've fixed it when they had the chance and kept their appointment and not waste people's time and money. They probably only do warranty service if they can add more work to it and upcharge and make money off you somehow, exactly like they did to me the previous time. I'll never go back here ever again for new or warranty work, or for any reason, which I'm sure they'll be glad to hear. Now I have to waste more money and pay some other place that knows what they're doing to fix what they screwed up. On top of it all, the front brakes they did previous to all of this are now both squeaking, thumping, and creaking when you push the brake pedal. Normally, I wouldn't write a bad review like this, but they deserve it. Google reviews exist for a reason, to warn other people."
"This is my first time @ Mangol's. I called and they (Rob) answered the phone. Told me to bring my car in. I dropped it off. He called me with 24 hours & diagnosed the problem and got it done in a very reasonable time. His prices seemed fair. He seems to go above & beyond for people. This is why you go to a Family owned Business"
"I hit a bunch of screws on the 77N ramp at PV. I called Mangol's that day and they squeezed me in the next day. He said he didn't want me to wait around until his next opening (Tuesday). He stayed at the shop after hours on Saturday to plug 2 tires. This was above and beyond. I was in need of new tires anyway, but this buys me time."
"Mangol's is my go-to for car repairs. I've used them a few times over the years and Rob is amazing- he is friendly, honest, trustworthy and his prices are fair. He and his team do great work, finish when they say they will and treat your car with respect."
