"I bought a 2008 Jag XKR sight unseen from California and it arrived with a coolant leak. This was a leak in a line that runs under the supercharger which means major work taking the top end of the engine off. The dealership quoted $3200. Earl was totally familiar with the issue and quoted $1500 and had the parts on hand. I dropped it off at 5pm on a Tuesday. At 10am the next day he was calling to tell me that we're all set. I'm thinking he had to work on it all night to be done. Turns out he was able to splice the bad line before the supercharger and cure the problem. $200 !! He could have taken me and I would have been thrilled paying $1500..but he didn't. Customer for life."
