"I had damage to the back driver’s side bumper on my SUV. I shopped around a lot of places getting quotes and availability. Alan’s prices and availability were both reasonable. The body work was completed in about 2 days from drop off and I am very satisfied with the results!"

"Alan did some minor bodywork and buffed out some scratches but didn't finish the job. he said to come back for a shine outer coat because the snow would ruin it. Not only did my car reek of a chemical smell afterwards but he kept delaying putting on that outer coat until finally I asked for my money back. Initially, he said he'd give me $300 out of the $1200 I originally paid and then changed his word and said he would only reimburse me $100, so don't trust a word this guy says!"

"I needed my hood completely repainted for my black suv. I called 3 other locations for a quote, they were significantly higher than what I remember them to be in the past. Recently, a close friend of mine had Alan’s Collision paint several of their car panels and they turned out great. I called Alan’s Collision and he was able to schedule me in that same week. The work was done within a day and the paint job exceeded my expectation, I’m happy with it. I waited over a month before writing this review and the paint has hardened solid and still looks great, reminds of me a factory new (honestly looks better than the rest of the suv). Highly recommended!"

"The absolute worse around. Alan will tell you anything to get you out of his face. I paid for a three panel paint job because my car was keyed. The paint job was ok, except for an area he didn't wet sand (see picture with me in it; half of me is clear, other half hazy, look at the tree images by the rainguards). The other issue is the polishing and buffing that I paid for. He damaged the stripping on the roof, apparently the buffer got away from him (see picture), and the rest of the buff job looks like $%÷*% with all the swirls in the clear coat, compound left in the crevices. He also said he couldn't buff the hatch because of the spoiler..total lies, bull, and laziness. Now I have to take the car to a professional detailer and pay $125 to polish the car, when I already paid Alan $150!! Go elsewhere people..waste no time here!"
