"I stopped in here to look at purchasing fireplace tools. I found something that I thought I might like and would work. The front of our fireplace where you would set the tools is uneven because it’s made out of stone, so it’s a little more difficult to find some thing that properly fits the space plus it’s not very wide. I purchased these tools, and when I got them I asked about their return policy, knowing that it may not work. They said no problem, returning as long as the item is not used, and in the same condition as it was when I purchased it and returned soon. The item did not work well for my space so I did wind up returning it Six days later, approximately. However, when I got home, and I happen to look at my receipt at the bottom, they have their return policy, and it says that it might be subject to a restocking fee. No one had mentioned that when I asked about the return policy In store. I was a bit nervous about going into return it because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of a restocking fee that I hadn’t been told about verbally. When I went into the store, I was greeted nicely, and the return was given in full. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service at this store. I would recommend this company."
