"I haven’t even picked up my new Santa Fe yet! I just want to say so far the service that I have received through email and my phone has been phenomenal. The sales lady is Brittany B, she has gone beyond expectations to accommodate me. She has returned my phone calls, emails and text messages right away. I’m now set to pickup my new vehicle next week. I look forward too reporting an update after pickup. Update! My wife and I are very happy with our new vehicle, the warranty and service contract are beyond comparison. The sales lady is a keeper, (Brittany B.) definitely will be doing more business with her in the future. I recommend her and the dealership to anybody wanting a wonderful experience purchasing a new car."
"Bought a new vehicle was told about the great warranty. With 40,000 miles I am being told I need to pay over $4000 to repair a wire they say a rodent chewed through on a vehicle that never sits. No help whatsoever. Done with these folks would do a zero review if possible. On to Ford we go where they are helpful. What a trash hybrid design"
"Wally, a sales manager, was extremely rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I was made to feel that he did not respect me, or any woman for that matter. Unfortunately, the vehicle I made an appointment to see was not cleaned properly. On the liftgate frame were numerous, were, no longer living, moth cocoons. He kept insisting that they were not insects because they were soft and nothing was inside of them. First, he said it could be wax. I questioned that, he immediately became defensive that I questioned his reasoning, how could wax pieces be the same equal size and shape. I also picked them off of the frame and the white cocoon left behind a white mark where it had attached to the metal. This debate continued for a short time. I informed Wally that I strongly disagreed with him that it was not a bug. I explained, while I saw it was not alive, it was some type of insect. He continued to aggressively disagree with me. Wally handled this situation in the most unacceptable manner that I have ever encountered. I am completely astounded that he is in customer service. His presence lowers the value of the dealerships customer relations and he needs to respect women. Another sales manager, Adam Dejean, followed up with me regarding my experience at the dealership. I sent this same explanation and did not get a response back. Bad customer service from both sales managers."
"Very impressed with the service center at this dealership after my vehicle was towed there needing repaired. The two ladies at the front service desk were friendly and on top of giving me a rental vehicle right away. They called me a couple times to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was highly impressed with their customer service. 5 stars!"
"Beware taking your car to their service team. On July 15, 2022 went and had my valve cover gasket replaced. Within 3 months under 5000 miles on October 27,2022 I ended up back at dealer and having valve cover gasket replaced again. At this time I also had the rear caliper replaced. On 7/13/23 I went to another mechanical shop and found that rear caliper was leaking and had to pay for that to be replaced when it was just done 9 months prior. Skip to September 2023 had my car at another mechanic asked him to check oil leak issue and found that the valve cover gasket bolts in back were never tightened down as he removed them with his hands no tools. This then caused damage to pcv valve cause of bad crank case pressure and moisture getting in engine. He found gouging on cams. He stated on receipt that this is from bolts not properly tightened from last repair. I have called dealership with one call and voice mail and no concern. There is no reason a valve cover gasket needs replaced 3 times in 11 months. I have filed repeatedly with BBB and contacted Hyundai corporate as well as this needs repaired at dealer of my choosing at their expense for causing all this damage. They also need to reimburse me for all out of pocket repairs that are not wear and tear that they should have fixed properly Update It had not even been 11 months when the issue was found. So 10 months is how long parts last and bolts magically all loosen. No one has touched this engine but dealer. I will be contacting news channel 5 and fox 8 next as well. This is a horrible dealer who does not care anything about their customers and needs shut down. Their techs did not do their job. They need to fix the mistake made and damage caused. I could see if I had other engine work done but I have not so their claim is straight out false and this has nothing to do with time they don’t want to take blame for their actions and damage. In 10 months this valve cover gasket was replaced 3 times. On July 15 and 10/27. The repair on 10/27 was not done correctly and was not found till beginning of 9/23. Do the math that 10 months and their work should be guaranteed. They do not. And if they were so about good will when I called about caliper that was 50 miles over warranty they would have replaced that as well but did not. They hold no accountability for their actions or work. I will keep fighting this and make sure public is aware of the scams they are pulling. They need to fix the damage they caused. No one has touched the engine other than this dealer till I had repair done correctly they messed up. But damage was already done for their lack of experience and techs This dealer is not reputable and don’t trust their service to touch your engine I have attached pic of engine damage they cause by not tightening bolts"
