"This will be a long one. I called to set up an appointment, already had an estimate from my insurance. Was told to email the estimate and someone would call me back. I had to call them two weeks later to ask what was going on- got told that person didn’t know what they’re doing, go ahead and drop it off Thursday. When I dropped it off I was told it would take a week tops, so I didn’t get a rental. One week later, I drive by and it hadn’t moved. On my way to get a rental they called and said they had in all the parts ordered for my car and I could drop it off! Ummmm you’ve had it for a week! “What? Oh, I apologize, must’ve meant a different car. I’ll text you an update when I figure this out”. Never got an update. Two weeks later I call for an update on my car- get told they’re waiting on delivery of glass (thought they had everything in already?!) and it’ll be done next day by 4. Awesome! I’m ready to have my car back! The next day comes and goes and nothing. The day after that I get a call- “your car is ready! You have 30 minutes to come pick it up, or you have to wait til Monday to get it”- called last minute on a Friday and I wasn’t able to get there within 30 minutes, and apparently no one is available to work a Saturday. I got a text message Monday asking when I was picking up my car. Another text on Tuesday, “confirming” i had picked my car up that day, despite having picked it up on Monday. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. At least my car is fixed, 3.5 weeks after I dropped it off, 2.5 weeks after I was told it’d be done. Never going back, never recommending."

"Had a bad feeling and should have listen to it. The estimate process was fine and friendly but when I made an appointment and dropped my truck off for repairs, it sat in parking lot for two days never being touch. I was told told four days to fix. Now I am two days wasted with no work done. I never received any phone calls or messages saying there was a delay or they needed to change my scheduled repair. I had to jump through hoops to borrow another vehicle while mine was never touched. I Can’t speak on their workmanship as I never received any."
