Receptionist flipped me the “bird” because I was rude, you’d be rude too if your accountant lost you money time and time again. This place is a joke. UPDATE: Theyve now closed and left town. Thank god for everyone else not getting screwed."

"I was really happy to find a small town business to handle taxes for me and my 85 year old mother. I found out very quickly that the owner of the business might live in a small town but definitely does not have small town morals or work ethic. Jennifer has an unbelievably callous disregard for her customers. Amazingly, she goes for months without returning phone calls, emails or text messages. She has no shame and no gratitude. I finally had a mutual friend get ahold of her on the very day my extended tax return was due. She sent me a single text saying she filed my return that night. But then she continued to ignore my further questions about how to pay the taxes due. Like the other negative reviewer here I experienced unexplainable “ghosting” of my calls and e-mails. I never understood this because we never had a cross word despite shortcomings in her her work. I’ve been in her office (her house) multiple times with my mom and I always thought we had a friendly relationship. I have no explanation or understanding of her behavior but will definitely not be coming back next year."
