Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

"Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. My meeting started over 40 minutes later than it was scheduled for. I quickly learned why, I signed up for the 15 minute drop off and go option and it was a little over 2 and a half hours later and I was still there. The gentlemen was nice, but seemed honestly pretty clueless about everything to do with Jackson Hewitt. He quoted me a lower 200$ price mark for the cost of my taxes and then after he was done then tried to tell me I would be charged almost 400$. He also told me that because of an issue with my address changing I would be receiving almost 400$ in a certain tax category then when I had to return the following day to finish getting my paperwork and signing paperwork, because he couldn’t figure out the printer, I found out it was only a little bit over 100$. Had I known that this portion had been this nominal I would have not paid jackson Hewitt for their services and filed the other simpler tax forms and not gone through the unnecessary and pointless hassle that was filing that city tax that didn’t need to be. So overall if I could give 0 stars I would. Once again the gentlemen was nice, but it was an overall incredibly frustrating day ruining experience here."

"Have had taxes done here for last 5 years without a hitch. For some odd reason, this year, same place, different person, they were done wrong, had to have redone by different person, taking forever jumping through hoops, creating Miracles just to get done & reciev e what is mine. Had a little better faith in Jackson Hewitt , and their service. Don't understand how you could hire someone to do a job, that can't do the job is beyond my understanding especially in today's World- Disappointed!!!!!!!;! BUT, IN TODAYS WORLD, What do you expect??????? Hope next year is better!!! If I use you again!!!;"
