"Scott is the associate I've dealt with from the first moment I called and was very reassuring, informative, faster service than he even anticipated and very polite!"
"Alway happy with their service"
"My sister bring her car to this place March 1, 2023, after 5 days car engine light turn on again after she pick it up from the dealer. Now waiting again for 24hours on why the engine light turn on. I askfor the different mechanics and the guy told me on the desk No!. I want the answer and proof that they check her 2018 Ford EcoSport. It's ridiculous. I won't recommend thus place . They are the dealer ship and yet couldn't figure it out what happens to the car engine light."
"My car broke down on July 2nd and was towed to Elyra Ford/Nick Abraham. The next day they called and said it was the battery and cable. $300. Went to pick up and would not start in their lot. One week later they said it was the starter. $500 picked it up on Friday by Sunday being towed back. On July 22 it was fixed. Battery that they replaced was defective. During the whole process, the service manager Chad was rude to my husband and I. Was told no rentals. When I asked if a experienced technician could work on it, I was told that it is all diagnotics. Well $800 and diagnotics has failed. My husband stopped in to check on the status and was told he does not need to come in they would call when car was ready. I asked several times for a loaner since I had to work and was without a vehicle for almost a month. Was told due to COVID and parts back order nothing they could do. Again CHad the service manager very rude. I then wrote a letter to the general manager Mr. Sturgill who found me a rental, apoligized for all that had happened and said he would check on my car. Mr. Sturgill was very nice and helpful. When I picked up the car, the gas I was promised was not delivered I asked if the starter really needed replaced and was told that my service person was out and no one could answer my questions. I asked if they could look on the computer and was told no call back tomorrow. Needless to say my last experience with this service department."
"Great service and great service writers"
