"My car has over 100,000 miles and was in need of a lot of maintenance items. Tires, brakes, shocks, cooling system flush, belts, hoses, and more. I had not been happy with the last couple of service visits elsewhere so I decided to give Olmsted Auto Care a try. I went in for an oil change which includes a vehicle inspection. Their service recommendations were extensive but did not include anything unexpected. I asked for an estimate and order of importance for the work in case I wanted to spread the expense over several visits. Mike provided me with both and never pressured me for a decision. When I decided to have all the work done Mike told me he would prefer to set the appointment after he got all the parts delivered to avoid any unexpected delays. They got my car in later that same week. I am happy to say my car rides, handles, and performs like new. The work was done on the schedule promised and at the price estimated. "Olmsted Auto is by far the most efficient, trustworthy, and reliable auto repair shop in the greater Cleveland era. I now live in the Chicago area and continue to get my car repairs done with them. The day before Thanksgiving, my car needed new brakes, and I needed it to be completed that same day. The management pulled some strings, and the entire crew stayed after their scheduled hours in order to accommodate my request. Even though they were staying longer, all of the workers had extremely pleasant attitudes. The entire staff makes conversation and truly cares about their customers’ satisfaction. They also have a complementary loaner car service that makes dropping off your car extremely easy! The mechanics make sure their customers are informed and their cars are running safely. "Great experience at this place. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. I got new tires and they were extremely quick and did great work. The financing they have really helped us out a lot and only took like 3 minutes to get set up. Their courtesy detailed diagnostic "traffic light" report is the icing on the cake!
