"The guys are very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. However, the guys changing the oil are sloppy and didn't clean off the excess oil on other parts of the engine. Made me think I had oil leaking like the oil plug or filter wasn't put in correctly. Need to work on job performance/quality on each car rather than concentrating on quantity of cars to complete."
