"When I first purchased my mattress Mike the salesman was terrific. Received a good offer on the mattress, unfortunately the mattress was not at all what I expected. I contacted the store spoke with Dave the owner along with Mike the salesman paid an extra $124.20 for another mattress. Per Dave the owner would waive the delivery fee since I paid a delivery fee already I also had another person with me and also heard him say this. I understand Mike the salesman didn't say anything since he works there. Now I get calls wanting the delivery fee and telling me that if I don't pay I will have no warranty on the mattress. By the way there was no delivery fee marked on my receipt or a cod. By the way the delivery guy got a tip of $25.00, But I didn't expect him inform you of that. I since sold that mattress and purchased one from a competitor at half the cost and delivery fee, and I am sleeping so much better"
