"They have had my chysler for 7 months now, no phone calls about if it's fixed or even has been worked on, I've went in and they dodge the question on when they'll be done or if they've worked on it, they left my car outside of there building and allowed it to get flooded from a rough rain storm so the interior is ruined and everything I had in there, and what's even better is there insurance won't cover the damages since it was outside of there building."

"At 9 a.m., 10/11/22, my appt for an oil change with air filter, tire pressure, & check why Traction control, Cruise control, & Engine lights were on was scheduled. After 4 hrs I called to see if it was done. I was told that they never even brought it in as yet. I went there & she then took it in. After 4 1/2 it was done! I asked why I didn't get a courtesy telephone call to tell me how long it was going to take as I was then late for a doctor's appt & I would have rescheduled the car. After leaving I had to take it elsewhere & get air put in the tires as she didn't check them or the lights on the dashboard. Now my car is missing which tells me that she messed with the spark plug section. The cost was $75.09. The oil and air filter combined was more than just the air filter alone at other garages. Now I have to take my car somewhere else and have it checked to fix the transmission missing!"

"I've taken a bunch of weird vehicles here to get serviced. I usually do my own repair work with friends. The stuff I have had Wellington Auto fix is the not so easy or fun things. Vacuum leaks on a VW passat, fuel pump and rusty lines on an old Chevy Tahoe. They have always been honest and quick to diagnose the issues. They call me and ask before they replace costly stuff. The work is good quality and I'm pleased with the turnaround time for what needed done. Eric is great to talk to he can explain what had to be done and why in a way that's easy to understand. It's like dealing with friends. I'm taking away one star because they are expensive. I'm sure I could have gotten parts from Rock Auto for a lot less, and the labor charge is about 2x what Mitchell On-demand says it should be for Wellington Autos hourly rate. Honestly it's not too bad because the work is done right and fast. I may be overpaying but I didn't have to do it myself. It's worth it. Thanks Eric and crew!"

"This used to be a great shop and it appears that there are multiple 1-star reviews here recently. Had $1000+ worth of work and a $100 coupon. Forgot to mention that coupon on Saturday when I paid over the phone. They are closed early on Saturday and all of Sunday so I called first thing Monday morning to try and get a refund or account credit but the employee wasn't sure and would call me in a half hour. No call, so I show up later that day. A different employee denied the coupon but told me to catch the manager on Friday. Friday rolls around and the manager was, and I quote, "too busy" to see me and the coupon usage was denied. After 4 years of patonage, 4 currently serviced vehicles, and thousands spent I feel that they should have honored the dang coupon. If the owner is such a cheapskate on this issue, just think of the shortcuts he permits with regards to service. Their mechanical service is no better than any other mechanic in this town, and their customer service has gone way down recently. We are taking our vehicles elsewhere and you should too."
