The evening I bought my Malibu; my salesperson - Jacob I believe - could not have been better - even drove me and my "new" car home as I do not see well after dark anymore! The manager - another "J" name and the finance guy - also initialed "J" - were also terrific to me! Everyone I came into contact with that afternoon/evening were so nice!
