"Was not qualified for our mattress sale and the bed is not great. Bonnell coils are not good for pressure relief which is what we need after surgeries. The trade in to upgrade would cost us $500 off the purchase price and the upgrade difference. Not a good deal for the customer. I sold beds and wanted to buy local but this was a costly mistake. Had to buy a latex topper for the back ache."
