Reviews
"Utmost reputable industry experience"
"Very friendly staff, helped walk me through what I needed to do to get money out of my 401k to help pay my medical expenses"
"Very professional and knowledgeable consultant. Helped me with all my financial planning. Would definitely recommend. Thank you:)"
"The lack of professionalism at this company is shocking. For a company that deals with what is most people most important financial issues, their retirement. From the beginning of the process the woman I spoke with was rude and acting as if I was inconveniencing her to do her job. Not once was I ever given an update on the process unless I sent an email, to which I’d receive a short, rude response. (I should have known when I had to call several times without any answer to begin with) Suggestions, Manners go a long way. If you don’t like your jobs to the point of treating YOUR CLIENTS poorly, get new jobs. It doesn’t appear that I’m the only one who feels this way. If you have a John Hancock account or are a company thinking of using them, make sure these people won’t be the middle man for the sake of your employees."
"Horrible place to deal with. Called 4 different times to only get the voice mail of the person who is suppose to help. It’s a shame you can’t choose your own company when dealing with a 401k that needs attention."
