"Schwab is the worst broker ever!!! What bunch of losers, talking to customer support( they can't speak English) useless/waist of time."

"Charles Schwab has the worst customer service of any business I have ever seen. My account was locked because my address wasn't updated or something. After multiple phone calls that all involved being put on hold for like an hour and/or hung up on, they finally told me to fill out some form. I filled out the form and faxed it to them and got no reply. I wrote an email asking if they got the fax and I got no reply. Their customer service could not be worse if they tried."

"Can never speak to anyone at our locL Akron,Ohio office. Always get transferred somewhere else. Yes, we dialed the Akron offices number too!"

"I opened an account and they closed it on me within a month. They wrote a letter to me that they would allow me to continue to trade in the account for another week until I transferred my money to a better financial institution but two days letter restricted my account to not be able to trade. There is no reason to change from 1 decision to another in 1 business day only that my trades were costing Schwab money to complete"

"Quick service and kind receptionist. The waiting area has a TV going all the time, which felt a bit busy and noisy but otherwise the staff all seemed on the ball and I was in and out in a few minutes despite a complication with my identification. I haven't use all their services so I'm not sure about that."
