"I called to get tires on my car and they said it would take 2 hours to get 4 tires on so I get there and I sat there for an hour and so did my car and I asked them why it was still sitting in the parking lot then they decided to start so they lied to me cause it sat in the lot for an hour so I got very pissed cause one hour sitting in lot before they'll started on it and you don't get to yell people 2hrs and let it set in the lot while they were not busy now that's why i took 2hrs thanks want some wrong to tell people that and it only took them 1hr and 10mins to actually put 4 tires on my car I will not use them again a lie is great for business and you loss my business"

"They get a two because the first tires I got were fine. But the last time I brought a rim from the junkyard. They didn't fully explain that the rim wasn't the right one and I would have problems. I found out from AAA in Newport that it couldve caused me to have a bad accident. So Tires Plus let me drive off their property knowing something couldve happened. Very disappointed. Go to AAA in Newport. They won't let that happen."

"Just needed a hole patched on a tire. Should have taken 20-30 mins max. Price was good, so i thought go there. I get there and it takes 2 hours for a PATCH, and they try to upsell me 02 sensors, and an oil change when i literally just got my oil changed 1,000 miles ago. I do all my own maintenance and she just kept trying to upsell me things i dont need. Then to top it off, they lost half of my specialized black out BMW hubcaps. Im going to submit a complaint to corporate so i can get a refund and re-buy my hubcaps, i guess."

"Ordered 2 tires for my small cargo trailer. And scheduled in appointment to have them installed. When I arrived the employees were all standing around in their cell phones. There were no vehicles in any of their bays. I went up to the counter to let them know I was here for my appointment and they told me to bring my wheels and tires inside lol. I told them they were on my trailer. They told me they couldn't do that. Against company policy? I asked him what do they do if any older couple would come in with a flat tire one their camper? Hand them a lug wrench?? I just told them that's crazy and left. Went up the street to Tire Discounters. They had the trailer tires in stock. Had me back up to the door and 48 minutes later i was on my way. Great service. Hummmmm wonder who i"ll call when I need tires again."
