"I had an absolutely horrible experience with them i was in a near fatal accident and the day after I was released from the hospital i went to go see my car and get my badge for work out of it and the man that i spoke with was cruel and hateful treated me like the dirt he walked on had me in tears before i even had the chance to see what was left of my car he cursed at me and demanded either an obseen amount of money or the title to my car before i was even allowed to see it i would never and i mean never use them or recommend their business to anybody ever"

"Terrible service , nobody there has any type of customer service. My insurance has already called them . And they won’t let me get any of my personal belongings out of my car. They said I have to pay to get the car out to be able to get my belongings. Even though my insurance company has already paid them . They are just money hungry people with no respect or customer service skills . I would never have them tow your car . If I would have known how sneaky and money hungry they are I would have went through Wayne’s towing . NEVER GO HERE ! Use Wayne’s or literally anywhere else but here if I could give 0 stars I would !!"
