There was a man on the phone with a customer and a lady stocking shelves. She told me to place my item on the counter and she would be with me in a minute. I watched her continue to stock shelves then retreat to the back room. If she was not a cashier it would not have been a problem. But it is a great way to lose customers. I went to another auto parts store to get my item."

"First thing is first, getting into and out of the parking lot can be frustrating. I know there is very little that can be done about it so it has not effected my rating, just mostly wanted to give everyone a heads up. As far as the service here it is great. The guys behind the counter were super friendly and knowledgeable. I only came in for wiper blades, which they do install for free, but I wanted to do it myself so I did not use this offer. They helped me pick out the right size and type for my vehicle. I was in and out within 5 minutes."
