"If I could give a no stars I would prefer to do that. I would not recommend. I'm not a millionaire I have a very simple tax situation. For whatever reason Timur didn't process my taxes correctly. The state of Ohio wouldn't send my refund because the wages didn't match up. Come to find out the taxes were done incorrectly and I'm supposed to receive a refund from multiple states. That had to be redone. Still waiting. Federal still waiting. When taxes were done previously never an issue. First time using an accountant, this accountant and I still have yet to receive a refund. He promised he would send me a 100 check because of all my inconveniences, never sent the check. And lastly he had the audacity to keep my payment information. Who keeps people credit card number? Had to ask him to destroy. If you would like your tax refund and taxes done correctly DO NOT USE TIMUR"
