"Took a truck there. They fixed the door handle. Well door handle will not open now. I took it in to ask and they stated "NOT OUR PROBLEM". then the mechanics came outside bum rushing me wanting to fight. All because I asked for a job to be finished. Not to mention the 140.00 dollars thier drunk workers stole. I have to get a lawyer to handle this. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!"

"Awesome & fair $ for service....I was recently stuck while traveling and the staff here took care of me to get me on the way. I had just had a starter installed in Barboursville the day before, which I was told was causing the issue's ($750 & 40miles later). Grayson Auto quoted $400 for the same work, but tested it and found that it wasn't the problem at all....Thank you Grayson Auto for your attention to details to save me $, and get me on my way. I would drive the 40mi. for your services again."

"Would give 0 stars if I had the option. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I went in for an alignment and I was told I needed my entire front end replaced. The lady said it would be thousands of dollars to fix everything and I could call back and schedule to fix everything. They didn't do the alignment but still charged me $35 just to look at my car. I had a bad gut feeling so I went to another garage to get a second opinion. They looked at my car for free and told me the only thing my car needed was struts. I had to take it to a third garage because I couldn't get an appointment fast enough to fit my schedule with the second garage. Sure enough, the third garage said my car only needed struts and the alignment. I saved so much money listening to my gut and I'm so disappointed that a business would try to take advantage of people like that."

"The customer service was top notch! Unfortunately I was 4hrs from home when my van took a poop. They helped as much as the possibly could to make sure my daughter and I were safe and warm until we found help getting home. I didnt catch the ladies name but she works the desk. People like her are the reason we moved south! Real south hospitality at this location! Would highly recommend to anyone!"
