"What a waste of time. Do not even bother. Literally have been calling this location for 3 days in a row, probably 25 times per day at least - absolutely no one works here, I am sure of it. Out if every single department, of which I believe there are 9 or 10 listed in the phone prompts, the ONLY one that answered was the pharmacy (who then transferred me to customer service, which rang until they hung up) in the entire store. Not even customer service. Not even the deli. But especially, the one department I truly needed, the AUTO CENTER. Rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings until either your phone dies or they hang up on you. Very unprofessional and rude and due to this, just lost out on a pretty large purchase that I am sure would have been good for business. Needed new tires and had some questions that the website or corporate chat cannot provide. Auto center is more dead than a desert. When I ordered tires that were advertised as "available and ready for installation," I received an email at 4 the following morning that apparently 3 out of 4 tires are unavailable, with no explanation... are they sold out? Do you truly only keep 1 model per tire in stock in the entire store? Do you just not feel like working? Because you definitely had no problem accepting my money for a product and service that apparently doesn't exist. At least have the decency to maybe, I don't know... call me, contact me, and let me know what the issue is. Can I order the remaining 3 tires? Is there a different tire that IS in stock similar that can be installed instead? Does anyone work here? Bueller? Side note - IF you risk it and order tires from here, make absolutely sure you put in the exact tire size, do NOT use the "search my vehicle" because this second option will result in tires that they advertise will fit, but in reality do not. If your tire size is P215/55R17, you MUST get a tire that is P215/55R17. The website misleads you into purchasing the wrong dimensions. And guess what... you can't call the store to ask any questions because NO ONE WORKS THERE!"
"Highly disappointed. Our truck battery died and we were calling around to find a battery. After several attempts over 30 mins (two 20 min holds and many redials, only being able to talk to an associate in electronics) trying to get a hold of them or a manager, we gave up and took our business to the Walmart in Jackson."
"Went to get a oil change yesterday the old man working was super rude was told it would be a hour and half ended up being 2.5 hours till they finished and when I ask the old man how far they was on my car he got very hatful and rude with me then I come home today my car is acting a little weird just to find there was no oil even put back in it horrible place won’t be coming back ."
"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I waited 25 minutes for an employee to come talk to me after sending multiple other employees to get him. Then it was another 3 hours to change out 2 tires. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience to day the least!"
"We always use the New Boston , Ohio Supercenter. We paid for a grease job and oil change. Once we got home the car had not had an oil change and the check engine light light was on.The sticker was missing. She returned it and they said there was nothing wrong it just needed reset. Now my mom has a rod going through the motor. We are now have no car. Walmart needs to be held accountable. We have no money to buy a new one."
