"Bought a tail lamp and asked for it to be put in. The employee could not do it from inside the trunk so he decided to remove the entire outside fixture. He ended up breaking the bulb from the base. In trying to get the base out by using regular pliers instead of needle nose, he broke the plastic socket. After 2 1/2 hours waiting for 3 of them to try to "figure it out", they tell me it was the original socket that would have broken anyway...or said maybe it's a recall situation. They did not offer to order me a new socket or make any kind of compensation. Now I have to get a mechanic to replace what the dudes at O'Reilly's broke. I've never had"

"I visited your store to get batteries replaced in two key fobs. The door had a sign requiring face masks so I was surprised that not a single employee had one on. Your employee began working on my keys but sneezed while only turning his head. Then he proceeded to wipe his nose twice while he continued to work. I left the store very upset and determined I would never visit again!"
