"I have had AAA for 6 years and today I had waited 5 1/2 hrs on the side of the road because the first driver canceled my request without my knowledge instead of denying it so then once an hour and a half passed by, I called AAA to find out my request was canceled so I had to put a new request in then wait another hour for them to find a new driver to come pick up the car and MX towing was there within 15 minutes Great customer service wonderful people and I just can’t say how appreciative I am of them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone."
