"I spoke with Tim Woods (the owner) about repairing my camper that had been rear ended. He said to bring it by and that he would look at it and would give me an estimate, so after I drove 45 minutes to his williamsburg business he looked at it and said to give him 2-3 days and he would have an estimate ready but said it would cost me $300 which I thought was ridiculous but I agreed to pay him. Well, it’s been well over a month now and still no estimate. Today his secretary calls to tell me that Tim no longer gives estimates for campers and that they can’t help me… Pretty sad Tim had me waiting for over a month and then isn’t man enough to tell me himself. Not even an apology."
