"It is a convenience, the wash is not as good as it was when it first opened as Magic Tunnel, there is not a pre-wash spray as before and the subscription price jumped up for less service. There is a new competitor in a nearby town with as good a quality wash (they provided a free wash when they opened), I will be comparing pricing."

"Will never take my car back here again i have a brand new car and after i took it threw and went to wipe it off i noticed a big scratch down the side of it and i went and said something to them about it they said they was going to have there manager call us and never did and still havent heard anything when they should be the ones paying to get my car fixed i would recommend not taking Your car threw there unless you want your car messed up"

"Could be five stars if there was a little bit more room to get through with a big truck and almost every time I have to have them come out and open the gate because the readers do not read my barcode correctly. Sometimes the wash quality is not as good as others I don't understand why."

"Do not use this location. They have been told about sprayers and other equipment not working properly and continue to allow customers use. It doesn’t clean entire car my entire middle of car and entire bottom hadn’t been touched by the wash!!!"

"I was very happy with this car wash when it was Magic Tunnel but once Take 5 took over it is terrible. What was supposedly upgrades when they switched ownership appears to me to be downgrades. My car doesn't get clean, they've increased the price by $5.00 and I get less than I did before. As stated in other posts they used to scrub the front and back, areas that collect more bugs and dirt, and areas that the wash doesn't get very well but not any more. A very rude employee told me they weren't doing that anymore because someone's taillight got broken. I'm sorry, that sounds like an employee issue, you would need to whack it pretty hard to break it when you're just supposed to be washing it off. So disappointing. As many others have stated I have had issues with them charging me without authorization. I went through once and the kiosk said I had to renew my membership and the employee told me what it would be and I declined. He said that wasn't a problem and I could renew at any time. To me that says I no longer have a membership but they charged my bank account a few weeks later anyway and for more money than I was paying in the past. Magic Tunnel was great while it lasted but Take 5 is a dismal disappointment."
