"Sitting here currently. $90 for a semi-synthetic oil change on a Ford Maverick is HIGH. Also - Nathan was not very polite and clearly not well trained. Even though I don’t like to be upsold, he didn’t even try. He also didn’t even tell me what the cost was until after he charged my card. Barely spoke to me the entire time…just here to get the job done. Just overall not a great experience. No one in the shop seems happy and I’ve seen this place much better in the past. I’ve had great experiences before here…but something has changed recently. Customer service has declined and prices have increased"
