"I went to get my oil changed on my lunch break. I waited for 45 minutes and had to leave before getting any kind of service. There was one car in the garage and one car in front of me. The car in the garage took the entire 45 minutes. I had to leave, and I will never return. The complete lack of work ethic the people standing around, doing nothing. The lack of movement in the complete unprofessionalism will have me never return to this location. I will go to the Oakley location where they are timely, professional, and can actually adhere to the 15 minute policy. You have posted on your stores. This was miserable and I will never come back."

"Brandon the assistant manager was so polite. He explained the process and kept us updated during the visit. The entire staff is friendly, they move quickly but are attentive. Garret was our tech also and he was so friendly. I didn’t feel pressured into services, The fact I was told I didn’t need a tire rotation that I thought I needed, I appreciated that I was not taken advantage of. This is now my go to place for services. They get you in and out with no fuss."

"They need to have someone watching over these kids they have working here. I understand everyone has to learn but to be unbolting support rails and just leaving the bolts lay on the bumper and not care is insane. Plus leaving the transmission dipstick left out like this. They claim to do transmission services and can’t even put the dipstick back. Unbolting support rails thinking it’s the bolts to the air filter and not knowing the difference is crazy. How the managers don’t review or watch over what they are doing to your car is crazy. I’ve taken the company truck here a few times and every time is something different. The time before this trip the younger manager was running around the truck playing tag with the younger female working with absolutely no care to understand paying customers are sitting and waiting. Poor service and quality."
