"I would leave a negative star if I could. This place is a joke. Waited 30 minutes at the counter just to get checked in and I had an appointment. Then they couldn't finish the job and only knocked 20 dollars off of my bill. Also, lied to me about something being wrong with the car when it's not. Will NEVER take my car here again. Beware!"

"We booked our appointment for the Colerain location on line and they didn’t get the notice until we arrived. The staff was accommodating and fit us in but the system needs to be upgraded, otherwise I have no complaints."

"Last week I had to reschedule my oil change very last minute and the gentleman on the other end of the phone was able to get me rescheduled within the week with ease, which I very much appreciated! Additionally, when I was able to show up for my appointment, I asked the gentleman helping me (I did not catch his name!), to also take a look at my back windshield wiper if possible because another car location informed me it was a "custom order". He quickly was able to look up the information I needed and where I could find the correct size (no custom order needed) because they did not carry that size in the store. I thanked him and took a seat, but shortly after, he came back out to the lobby and informed me that he double checked in the back and in deed found the size I needed. He said he would sell it to me for a very low and well reasonable price and would even be happy to install it for me. I am sincerely grateful for the honest, efficient and kind team that works at the Colerain Car X location! I will absolutely be returning for my future car services."
