"My boyfriend and I got a flat tire down here and we weren’t sure where to go or what to do since our insurance doesn’t cover towing. We rushed to the nearest tire store (here Midas) and Gabe, the store manager, listened to our situation and immediately took the car in the shop to check on it. He took off the tire and found this shard in it! Repaired it in a timely manner and didn’t charge us at all! Best experience, would highly suggest."

"I came in on a Friday evening 45 minutes before the shop was scheduled to close. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me. He never made me feel rushed although it was almost closing time. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the issue with my rear turn signal fixed that night. I was able to return the next morning and he definitely helped me get the issue with the lights taken care of. The entire experience was seamless and I felt well taken care of as a customer.
